The Retail Store Manager will lead and direct store employees, and ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded. This individual will ensure that the store is set according to merchandising strategy, and continually focus on improving productivity by means of value-added operational efficiencies: customer service initiatives, merchandising and inventory control.
